The album was remastered at Abbey Road and cut at half speed for the ultimate in sound quality. The reissue comes now on two 180g LPs on black vinyl in a gatefold cover.

Remastered at Abbey Road and cut at half-speed for ultimate sound quality, the set contains two heavyweight black LPs with expanded artwork and packaging in a bespoke gatefold sleeve which enhances the original artwork.

The album was remastered at Abbey Road and cut at half speed for the ultimate in sound quality. While the first vinyl pressing was only one LP, the reissue comes on two heavyweight LPs on black vinyl in a gatefold cover. The artwork has been expanded.

The Police's "Greatest Hits" was originally released in September 1992 as the band's second best-of album after "Every Breath You Take: The Singles".

The collection contains all 14 British Top 20 chart singles released by The Police between 1978 and 1984, including the five British number one hits "Message In A Bottle", "Walking On The Moon", "Don't Stand So Close To Me", "Every Little Thing She Does Is Magic" and "Every Breath You Take", as well as classics such as "Roxanne" and "So Lonely". Additionally, the two bonus tracks "The Bed's Too Big Without You" and "Tea In The Sahara" are waiting.

"Greatest Hits" reached number ten in the UK charts. In France and New Zealand, the album even made it to number one.
